From sneaking out to defy South African apartheid, to celebrating latest album supporting social issues
Sharon Katz is the co-founder of Sharon Katz & The Peace Train, a music group and organization created to counter apartheid in her home country of South Africa in the early 1990s. The group's latest album will be celebrated in concert on Oct. 21 at Pilgrim United Church of Christ in Carlsbad.
