Boulder County's historic Valmont School, one of the only buildings left from the town of Valmont, recently was added to Colorado’s Most Endangered Places list.
Colorado Preservation, Inc., named five places to its 2024 list of the most endangered buildings, including 100-year-old bowling alley in mining town of Victor, Zuni power plant in Denver, Kit Carson complex, Valmont School in Boulder and Catholic churches in San Luis Valley
The list is updated every ear to highlight buildings and locations throughout the state that are at risk of loss due.
