Indiana Supreme Court hears Wayne County lawsuit over motorcycle crash
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Supreme Court heard arguments Thursday involving a Wayne County lawsuit. Judy Reece filed the lawsuit after her husband, Walter Reece, sustained permanent injuries in an Aug. 10, 2014, crash while riding his motorcycle south of Cambridge City. Tyson Foods Inc. is the only remaining defendant in the lawsuit, and was accused of having high vegetation on its corner property that impeded vision and contributed to the crash.
