Melbourne police officers arrested D’nard Caldwell, 28, after a shooting incident in the 300 block of Crown Bl. Police said Caldwell used a revolver-style handgun to shoot the victim in the leg. During the altercation, the victim’s three children, ages 2, 3 and 4, were inside the residence where the firearm was discharged.
