Are, this i95 in south philadelphia. The rain is getting heavier from what we have seen in the last couple of hours and you can see it continues to get heavier. More and more of these yellows as we go down into northern delaware. Everything is moving from southwest to northeast. You can see its a solid area all across maryland and virginia. This is not anywhere close to ending. If anything, it will get heavier as some of this stuff from virginia comes up earlieearlier. It will keep coming.
