Howard weve all seen this movie before way too many times, its washington Melodrama Beloved by the media, suspenseful story, a ticking clock. Its a selfinflicted crises with a Government Shutdown hanging in the balance, and journalists start issuing dire warnings of all the people whod be hurt if the feds cant pay their bills. Talk about a waste of time, an endless parade of dysfunction.
