試管嬰兒補助方案　2萬多對夫妻有望抱得孩子 台北中山醫院副院長暨生殖中心負責人李世明醫師表示，根據美國中情局調查預測，台灣的生育率僅1.07%，排名是全球最後一名，政府這次的相關補助方案將有助全台2萬3000對至2萬8000對夫妻受惠，進一步刺激我國的生育率。 李世明醫師補充，此次補助方案主要針對「不孕症夫妻」，因此夫妻需先到醫院接受不孕症相關諮詢及檢查，若確診為不孕症患者才能申請補助。目前全台新冠疫情嚴峻，許多夫妻會擔心現階段前往醫院檢查可能不安全，李世明醫師說明，衛福部針對新冠病毒確診者的收治及治療，都有設置採檢及重症收治的指定專責醫院，而地區醫院主要在提供社區醫療照護，不會收治確診患者，而且院內醫護人員皆要求施打疫苗，住院患者也都會安排PCR核酸檢測、抽血及X光檢查，確保患者至
