I have the pleasure of chairing the committee today. Many of you know that chair bernal serves as representative pelosis chief of staff. I also want to thank the commissioners. We have a fairly full agenda, but everyone submitted questions on many of the presentations, and weve gotten very thorough and thoughtful answers from staff, so hopefully that means we can go through our agenda in a very efficient way and we can go to our different activities of the evening.
