Drug dealing operation in Warren County broken up by raid, police say Updated Mar 05, 2021; A 25-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman face serious drug charges after a five-week investigation and a raid Tuesday that recovered 1,613 wax folds of suspected heroin and 47 small bags of suspected cocaine in a home, Hackettstown police and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office report. Maximilian Mueller, of the first block of Laurie Terrace in town, is charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin (first degree), possession with intent to deliver cocaine (second degree), conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance (second degree), distribution of heroin (two counts; third degree) and possession with intent to deliver heroin (two counts; third degree), police said.
