With the police officer. A motorist in a black lexus passing behind the officer in the gun fight was shot. The car was pierced with at least two rounds. Police believe these stray bullets came from the suspects gun. Moments later the suspect crashed his original getaway car. Then he crashed this vehicle on the 7600 block of hooes road.
