Taiwanese president tsai ing wen has said that her country wants dialogue with china, but cannot accept its proposal for one country, two systems. She made her comments in a speech after being sworn in for a second term in office. Ms tsai secured over 57 of the ballot last january, in an election dominated by the islands relationship with china and held, as the coronavirus began to take hold on the mainland.
