DANVILLE, Va. â Danville resident Rickey Surgeon launched a Black-owned haute couture millinery hat brand and LLC during the COVID-19 pandemic. The business is located in Danville. Surgeon, owner and chief designer, is described as one of the regionâs most unique millinery designers by his peers and growing clientele.
