Mostly clear skies this morning but that will change into the afternoon. The current temperatures in the mid to low 70s, a few spots in the 70s like chandler registering at 66 degrees this morning. Well drop a couple degrees more before all is said and we have limited information right now from Phoenix Police. This all started as a traffic stop. The scene has cleared so were taking you strait to the video. Just before 3 00 this morning according to officers at the scene, were told this started as a traffic stop.
