MyHeritage's 'Deep Nostalgia' allows users to see their late loved ones again

If you've lost a loved one and wish to see them 'alive' again, then this app could help.

Sometimes all we have left of our loved ones is a still image and nothing else. 
Users of the My Heritage App can now see their loved ones moving in the photo. The app was originally designed for researching family trees and submitting DNA samples. 
We came across a video of a US veteran who got to see his late wife smiling again and it really is one of the most remarkable things we've seen in a long time.

Ever wonder how it’s like to see your ancestors would look like if they started interacting with you? My Heritage mobile application has been doing the rounds online, with people bringing to life old photos of their ancestors.
To commemorate her late grandfather’s birthday, she used the same app to animate her Lolo and showed it to her grandmother, mom, and aunt. She was able to record the reactions and shared the emotional video over on TikTok.
