New Shows Are Up At Art Center

Weavings, mixed-media works and acrylic/mixed-media paintings by a Wampanoag Tribe member are among the more than 80 works by local artists in the Falmouth Art Center’s new show, “Textures.” The show is on display in the Hermann Gallery through March 29. Light Is Theme Of Art Center Show

Brightening up a dark time, the Falmouth Art Center’s new January exhibit is “Let There Be Light.” The show in the Hermann Gallery features 107 works by 77 local artists, mostly from the Upper Cape towns of Falmouth, Mashpee, Bourne and Sandwich.
