Other man 63yearold Walter Weiland of oakland. Weilands lawyer says the cop started screaming profanities at her client. Essentially asking her what the f are you doing, and then identify himself as an offduty police officer. When our client asked him to produce his badge he said he didnt have it on him. Reporter then according to the lawsuit he threw him to the ground and sat on him. The clients face was cut and hearing aid dislodged and broken bones. Reporter the officer said it wasnt road rage.
