Bushawn Shelton, 39, coordinated the year-long patricide-for-hire scheme to murder Sylvester “Sally Daz” Zottola. Sally Daz's son, Anthony Zottola, ordered the killing because he coveted his 71-year-old dad’s multi-million-dollar real estate empire.
Anthony Zottola was sentenced to life in prison Friday in the murder-for-hire plot of his father Salvatore Zottola, who was shot to death outside of a McDonald's in 2018.
Ron Cabey, 32, on Tuesday and Wednesday testified in Brooklyn that he had been hired to kill Sylvester Zottola, 71, and his son Salvatore. Sylvester was murdered in October 2018.
