Action to change Rochester Road Bridge to Medal of Honor Bridge The Board announced that legislation is being proposed in the State House to change the name of the new Rochester Road Bridge to the Medal of Honor Bridge.  The proposed name is being chosen in recognition of three Medal of Honor recipients from the towns of Middleboro and Carver: Lowell M.
