Tonombe: Horoya AC identify Yanga SC midfielder as primary transfer target

The publication further reports Horoya are ready to pay the defensive midfielder a salary that is triple what he gets at the record Tanzanian champions.
He is understood to be on a monthly salary of $3,600 (Tsh6 million) and that means he would be on monthly package in the region of $10,000 should the move happen.
To entice Yanga into letting the prized midfielder leave, it is understood the Guinean giants have offered $200,000 as the sign-on fee. The club is understood to have made a plan of making the first move to sign Tonombe early next week.
"We know Tonombe is a key player at Yanga but is also among the best in his country and that means he is a player that every team that aims bigger would want," Horoya's president Soufiane Souare is quoted as saying by

Kaizer Chiefs coach Hunt praises 'unbelievable' Blom

“I thought Njabulo again was Man-of-the-Match,” Amakhosi head coach Hunt told the media.
“He was outstanding, he’s getting better and better in every game. He’ll be one of the future, he’s got legs, he can play, he digs in, unbelievable.”
Hunt also commented on Khama Billiat, who scored the all-important second goal for Chiefs in Conakry.
He believes the Zimbabwean is more suited to a central striking role.
“He’s a striker and not a wide player. I’ve always seen him play wide, but I prefer him as a striker. But I haven’t had the opportunity (to play him central) as we’ve been struggling with wide players.

Kaizer Chiefs make life difficult for themselves in Caf Champions League

Amakhosi remain third on the standings - level on points with second-placed Horoya with the top two teams from Group C set to progress to the quarter-finals.
The Glamour Boys would have gone into their last two games needing just four points to reach the knockout phase if they had defeated Petro.
Nevertheless, Chiefs are still within touching distance of leaders Wydad, who are five points above the chasing pack, Amakhosi and Horoya with two matches left.
Bottom-placed Petro still harbour ambitions of advancing to the last eight as they are four points behind the chasing pack and they will face Horoya and Wydad in their last two games.
