MANDURIA - La sanità manduriana privata di un altro servizio: per le visite psichiatriche occorre ora recarsi a Grottaglie

Il Pd di Manduria scrive al direttore generale della Asl Colacicco per esprimere il proprio disappunto

Nonostante periodicamente si promettono interventi faraonici per rilanciare il “Giannuzzi”, accade, poi, che, nella concretezza, la sanità manduriana continui a perdere servizi. L’ultimo in ordine di tempo riguarda il servizio delle visite psichiatriche, che non si è effettueranno più al Centro di Salute Mentale di Manduria: i pazienti dovranno recarsi a Grottaglie.

In una lettera aperta inviata al direttore generale della Asl Colacicco, che vi proponiamo integralmente, il Pd di Manduria esprime il proprio disappunto, chiedendo di restituire al territorio questo servizio.

«Apprendiamo dalla viva voce di nostri concittadini, interessati ad una presa in carico nel settore della Salute Mentale, che per effettuare una visita psichiatrica non è più possibile recarsi al Centro di Salute Mentale di Manduria bensì a quello di Grottaglie (32 km di distanza). Viceversa ci riferiscono che permangono nella sede manduriana tutte le attività psicologiche, sociali, educative e riabilitative. Tale notizia ci allarma moltissimo, per una serie di ragioni che proveremo ad elencare sinteticamente:

I pazienti del CSM appartengono spesso a classi socio-economiche svantaggiate, per le quali lo spostamento di più di 30 km per i controlli psichiatrici di routine può risultare oneroso, con grave ed ulteriore peggioramento delle condizioni di vita.

La normativa italiana sanitaria riconosce le patologie mentali come disturbi multidimensionali: organici, psicologici, sociali, ecc. Per tale ragione garantisce ai pazienti della Salute Mentale un trattamento unico, integrato, personalizzato lungo tali dimensioni, articolando i CSM in equipe multiprofessionali che armonicamente si prendono cura dei pazienti. Lo scorporo delle sole visite psichiatriche in altra sede rispetto alle restanti attività psico-socio-riabilitative frammenta l’unicità della cura e destabilizza ulteriormente proprio quei pazienti che hanno maggiore necessità di

equilibrio e costanza.

Se l’accesso al servizio pubblico (gratuito) è reso così difficile, le conseguenze possono essere deleterie: da una parte disincentivano i controlli fino all’abbandono della cura, cose che invece, come in ogni tipo di patologia, sono la garanzia del mantenimento dello stato di salute raggiunto; oppure spingono inevitabilmente a ripiegare su professionisti privati, con ulteriore esborso economico.

L’ospedale M. Giannuzzi di Manduria (che tanto contributo ha fornito durante la pandemia a tutta la provincia) da questo momento non ha più la possibilità di richiedere consulenze psichiatriche al CSM di Manduria, oppure deve attrezzare ambulanza e personale per trasportare il paziente ricoverato bisognoso di consulenza dal nosocomio al

CSM di Grottaglie. Tutto ciò è assurdo!!!

Per tali ragioni, gentile direttore, intendiamo esprimere tutto il nostro disappunto per la scelta sopra descritta e Le chiediamo di restituire al territorio di Manduria e del suo Distretto la linea di attività psichiatrica così improvvisamente e inspiegabilmente sottratta».

VOV.VN - Ngày 20/7, Bộ Y tế đã có công văn gửi các đơn vị liên quan yêu cầu chủ động phương án , đảm bảo sẵn sàng, đầy đủ nguồn cung ứng và sử dụng Oxy y tế cho công tác phòng chống COVID-19.
Bộ Y tế ngày 20/7 đã có công văn các doanh nghiệp sản xuất, cung ứng Oxy y tế đề nghị các đơn vị sẵn sàng tăng cường tối đa năng lực sản xuất và rà soát chuẩn bị các điều kiện cung ứng Oxy y tế để đáp ứng yêu cầu, mức độ phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 đang có chiều hướng diễn biến phức tạp.
