Mandatory evacuations are in place up north in napa because of a wildfire thats threatening 20 homes in the canyon area. Hundreds of firefighters have the fire 25 contained right now now. Fire started around 9 30 last night with the strong winds that quickly grew to hundreds of acres. Red cross has sed set up a shelter to help the folks. Fire started near soma canyon road. Also shady oaks drive, ridge drive and chimney rock road. The fire is visible from silverado trail. We have a crew on the scene. Were going to bring you a live report coming up.
