People up with respect to their first amendment rights. the difference here is that when approached by the secret service agent, this particular individual lied about touching, and he had made comments indicating that he was asking dick cheney about killing babies in iraq. if i m a secret service agent and a citizen of the united states, i certainly want this person approached and be questioned, and he should tell the truth, not lie. the court found there was probable cause to arrest him, and now he s able to bring the lawsuit just by saying they infringed upon my first amendment rights. it could go to the supreme court. megyn: how about that, because the assault charge against this guy, howards, was dropped, tamara, because vice president cheney didn t want to pursue it. he was the victim, and he said, you know what? never mind, i don t need to pursue the charges against this guy. of it s not necessarily that he didn t assault the vice president, i don t know whether he did or he didn ....
