Man Caught on Tape Beating Dog Arrested | NewsRadio WHAM 1180

Apr 1, 2021
The Humane Society's Law Enforcement arm has arrested 54-year-old Michael Meyer of Rochester, saying he's the man who was seen repeatedly punching his dog at the Country Max store in Henrietta last week.
Meyer was found thanks to a 911 tip. He's been charged with overdriving, torturing or injuring an animal.
Investigators say the store surveillance video caught Meyer beating his German shepherd.
He has a date in Henrietta Town Court.
