Brandon Flowers and drummer Ronnie Vannucci Jr. gave fans an update on when they can expect new music during a recent Instagram Live Q&A. “I mean it’s finished, yeah. We’re basically in the mastering phase,” Flowers said about the record. “It will come out this year. We were hoping for an early summer release, but the vinyl manufacturing companies are all inundated with the artists who held their albums back because of COVID. Now they’re all trying to get their albums out and are making this push. We want to release everything simultaneously, so we’re running into a wall.”

Brandon Flowers To Undergo Shoulder Surgery The Killers frontman has revealed he flew over the handlebars of his bike and tore his right shoulder, throwing the band’s May shows in jeopardy. The Killers are due to kick off their UK run on May 25 at Doncaster’s Keepmoat Stadium, but he admitted it’s “not looking great”. Brandon told fans on Instagram “I went over the handlebars. I have a torn right shoulder so I am going under the knife in a couple of weeks to get that taken care off. Maybe one day I will play golf again. I will be in a sling for six weeks.
