After years of anticipation, American plant-based meat company Impossible Foods was finally served in a handful of Canadian restaurants last week, with plans for the products to be available to restaurants across the country by next month, and in grocery stores later this year.
It’s the good news we need, at a time when zoonotic diseases and climate change are fuelling much of our collective stress.
