Goals. Fifty of the contracts of 45 million in fiscal 1718 were awarded to those and a total of 45 million. Of those, 87 were professional services, and 43 in construction. Nineteen was local participation. Workforce participation, and 905 San Francisco residents that performed over 298,000 hours.
