Crescent Heights revives plan to build Mamakating resort near Route 17
TOWN OF MAMAKATING – Perhaps capitalizing on the current trend of city dwellers moving upstate, a Miami developer best known for urban, luxury high-rises is reviving its 20-year-old effort to build a resort in the Town of Mamakating. Crescent Heights recently held a pre-application online video work session with the Town of Mamakating Planning Board, unveiling a plan calling for 230 year-round, high-end homes and a 300-room resort.
