Unclear. not a lot written about it. not a lot publicized about what obliges the two sides to do. matthew talking about that shelling, that island shelling where he is now reporting from, south korea made a series of changes in its military doctrine after that in response to that. a more forward leaning doctrine. no more we're going to strike you back three times harder, those sorts of things. so we're having the pace of provocations happening faster, we have new leadership in all these countries. so i don't think there's going to be war on purpose, but i do worry about an incident escalating....
