Key findings include: Two key ballot measures—Prop 1 on abortion rights and Prop 30 on funding to reduce greenhouse gas emissions—have majority support among likely voters. Support for Prop 27, on online sports gambling, falls well short of a majority. Six in ten likely voters favor the Democratic candidate in their own US House district races, while Governor Newsom has a sizeable lead in his race for reelection. Californians see jobs, the economy, and inflation as the top issue facing the state.
