Since December, Maine has been hit by several weather disasters. One of those extreme events caused historic water levels, flooding the state's coastline. With Winter far from being over, Maine's Total Weather is taking a look at what lead to the events and what's on the horizon.
San Diego County opened a help center Sunday for those who suffered a loss due to the flooding. Over 400 people stopped by the help center on its first day open. "This is probably one of the largest turnouts at our local assistance centers I’ve ever seen."
