[ bleep ] what was that all about? i didn t even swing. what was that all about? basketball target. this fight was between inmates brad flowers and adidas maston. it occurred in the shower area, out of view of the jail s hundreds of surveillance cameras. turn around. put your hands through the trap. lieutenant keith maderus, one of the first officers on the scene, did see something important. i observed inmate mastons throwing closest punches and exchanging closest punches with inmate flowers. during the restraint he did drop a metallic object which was identified as a nail clipper which we believe was being used as a weapon. ....
