At least 58 people have been killed and dozens wounded in a suspected Chemical Attack in North Western syria, a Monitoring Group says. This is the town, khan sheikhoun. Its in rebel held idlib province. The Syrian Observatory For Human Rights say that the attack was carried out by either Syrian Government or russian jets. Both deny that this is true.
