What detail are we missing in this discussion so far? >> what we're missing are what i would call key intelligence indicators. and those indicators would be the behavior of the vehicle once the incident has ended. did a driver -- did we have a drunk driver? did we have a person who was, you know, diabetic, might have gone into insulin shock. and i've seen a vehicle leave the road like that. or do we have a person who carried out another act? we have speculation that there was another act carried out by more than one individual. and until we get some confirmation of that, you know, we don't kno...
