ROCKFORD — Authorities on Friday said they have completed investigations into a pair of recent police shootings, including the April 10 fatal shooting of Faustin Guetigo, 27. Winnebago-Boone County Integrity Task Force Commander Chuck Davidson handed over the results of the investigations to Winnebago County State's Attorney J. Hanley.
