THE National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said on Thursday that it is trying to communicate with the Iloilo Grain Complex Corp. (IGCC) to reach an amicable settlement regarding the temporary restraining order (TRO) issued against them by the Supreme Court.
