Jeremy Pauley pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Matthew W. Brann to conspiracy and interstate transportation of stolen property on Thursday, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Four people from Pittsburgh were indicted by a federal grand jury for charges of conspiracy, interstate transportation of stolen motor vehicles and possession of stolen motor vehicles in interested commerce.
“Clemons abused his position as the labor union’s president to embezzle funds, enrich himself and get cash to gamble at casinos,” said First Assistant U.S. Attorney Jim Cutchin.
