Parliamentary Health Secretary Dr Nausheen Hamid says a complete vaccination programme has been developed for Pakistan.
Explains that Pakistan has enough stock to vaccinate those who have already registered but will definitely purchase more if required.
Says in the coming days, Hajj and international travel will not be possible without the coronavirus vaccination .

IDPs Unit calls on int'l organizations to help save lives of 14,413 IDPs in Marib


 
 
The Executive Unit for the Management of IDPs Camps has called on the “international humanitarian” organizations to help save the lives of 14,413 IDPs who have been re-displaced by the Houthi militants waging a war to overrun the government-held Marib province.
The Unit said in a monthly statement,  “The continuous rocket and cannon shelling on IDPS camps in the province  [of Marib] has forced 14,413 people (2059 families) to move from their IDPs camps in Serwah, Raghwan, and Bani Dhabyan from 7-28 February to the southern side of Serwah district and toward Marib city center.”
The Unit said the IDPs today lack some of the “minimum facilities for day-today living.” ....

Int'l Mother Language Day: Govt urged to declare Pashto as compulsory subject in KP schools

NOWSHERA: Writers and poets on Sunday urged the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to declare Pashto as an official language in offices of government departments and a compulsory subject in schools from class one to Matric level.
The demand was made at a march organised by the Gandhara Pashto Adabi Jirga from Shobra Chowk to Nowshera Press Club. The march was organised in connection with the International Mother Language Day, which is being marked all over the world on February 21.
Faqir Shah Faqir of the Gandhara Pashto Adabi Jirga, provincial president Shakil Waheedullah of Mazdoor Kissan Party, Nawaz Khattak of Malgari Wakilan, Latif Shah Shahid of Malgari Leekwalan led the march and spoke on the occasion. ....
