Darktrace agrees $5.3bn takeover by Thoma Bravo

Darktrace has agreed a $5.32 billion (£4.25 billion) acquisition by private equity firm Thoma Bravo. The cash acquisition equates to around $7.75 (£6.20) per share, and a 44% premium on the company’s average stock price over the past three months. It listed on the London Stock Exchange at £2.50 per share in 2021.
