Obviously some areas again as i made my way in flurries and in some locations you see a coating of snow on the ground and in other areas just grassy areas covered with snow. I saw that on river road. With the temperatures this cold, theres obviously concern for freezing and especially on rose those higher elevated roadways like bridges and overpasses and ramps and be very, very careful and always remember that wherever you see wet pavement it could be ice.
