Cbs 2 news now has the name nameof the man shot and killed by two Cedar Rapids Police officers. They responded to a domestic dispute at the valley high apartments on edgewood road northwest monday night. Thats where the officers found a woman with multiple stab wounds. They say 25yearold Markell Bivins was the suspect. The Iowa Department of Public Safety tells cbs 2 news the two officers shot bivins but their names are not being released.
