Three North Carolina high school football players have signed their National Letter of Intent to attend and play football for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Tyson Clawson of Independence High School in Charlotte, Isaiah Potts of Pine Forest High School in Fayetteville, and Chavion Smith of Statesville High School all signed with the 49ers during National Signing Day yesterday. Clawson, a defensive end, stands at 6 feet tall and weighs 209 pounds. He is a 3-star prospect according to ESPN and the 247Sports Composite.
