We begin with an outbreak of Severe Weather overnight in the southeast as tropical depression imelda drenches the region. A flash flood emergency is in effect this morning for east texas. More than 20 inches of rain has fallen in winnie, just east of houston. Yesterday several tornadoes touched down in houston.
