RESTAURANT owners in East Lothian have described 2020 as a year they will never forget. Level 4 coronavirus restrictions came into force across Scotland from Boxing Day, with pubs and restaurants closing their doors. Takeaways can operate as normal – with face coverings being worn and social distancing rules being followed.
