We know so far. Calls came in, around 10 45 about smoke coming out of Manhole Covers, near the area of walnut and second street. Were told that a transformer underground blew up, causing the smoke to come through the Manhole Covers. Now, police, firefighters, peco crews are on the scene, trying to get the situation under control. Several buildings in and around walnut st. Have been evacuated.
