Article content A survey by global workforce solutions giant ManpowerGroup forecasts Windsor employers will be cautious in hiring in the next three months, but employment opportunities will be much more robust in London. The survey reports five per cent of Windsor employers expect to hire while 25 per cent of London businesses plan on adding staff.
