EPA Administrator Michael Regan was in Jackson Wednesday touring the city's water treatment plant and meeting with state, local and Congressional leaders.
Two plant operators at the O.B. Curtis Water Plant have been issued provisional Class A licenses, which increases the number of licensed operators to four.
"The residents don't really care about how we feel about each other when there's no water coming out of the tap," Jackson Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba says.

THAT TANKER ARRIVED ONE DAY AFTER THE WARD THREE COUNCILMAN DEMANDED THE ADMINISTRATION DO MORE TO HELP. THE MAYOR ACCUSED STOKES OF TAKING CREDIT FOR OTHERS' HARD WORK. WE NEED TANKERS.
