Is that he has a lot of interest in one of these companies, like he has a lot of at stake here and this is an unusual way to bring these two companies together and im not sure that it makes sense. I think he would like to have us look at it as becoming the leader of clean energy but its still, theres still a lot of questions about this deal and im not sure that it makes sense for investors for the company at all.
