just didn't get there. but there are very powerful special interests working morning, noon and night, full page ads, intimidation, contributions, all kinds of stuff going on. this is the realm of everyone likes service, no one wants to pay for it. this was specifically for education. it was not for our city budget. so we either want to have a good education system or we don't and i don't think that the industry was going to fall apart becaused on this particular proposal. the city, the state and the country will fall apart if we don't invest in education. so that's what i'm concerned...
