I do not and I have lived in this area for over 60 years. There are always reports in the newspapers about customers of the major banks who have lost money to scammers online. Until recently the banks laid the blame on the ignorance of their customers. Although the rules have changed, the banks are still finding loopholes to wriggle out their obligations.
