Chatham's Stanley Center, formerly Stanley Church, offcially reopens to the public
CHATHAM - With a snip of the ceremonial scissors, Chatham Mayor Thaddeus Kobylarz officially opened the Stanley Center, 94 Fairmount Ave., to the public on Sunday, Oct. 29.
